We want to make planning your event easier and with ZERO HIDDEN COSTS! We have designed packages that are easy to understand, so you get exactly what you need. We charge a flat rate and you get each service listed in the package. We also have add-ons listed below.
If one of our packages doesn't quite fit your needs, we would love the opportunity to discuss alternate arrangements.

With each package you will get

All bartenders will be there 1 hour before event for setup and 1 hour after for tear down.

If you require it, we will bring a table with linens for bar service.

All bartenders will be dressed professionally for each event.

Rocky Top Bartenders are genuinely grateful for any gratuity. It is absolutely not expected and we will never solicit for tips. You will have the choice between the following options:

Tip jar only-a small mason jar will be out on the bar all night long.

Host Gratuity- A 15$ per bartender per hour minimun will be added to your invoice and no tip jar, a higher amount can be included per your request.

Host Gratuity and tip jar-A 15$ per bartender per hour will be added to your invoice and that bartender will also have a tip jar on the bar.
